DESCRIPTION:La cuarta Escuela de Primavera en Matemática Aplicada de la Universidad del Bío-Bío\, E'(UBB)=2021\, es un esfuerzo conjunto entre los programas de Doctorado en Matematica Aplicada y de Magister en Matemática de la UBB. Ésta se realizará de forma virtual por plataforma ZOOM desde el 18 al 22 de octubre de 2021\, y está dirigido a estudiantes de cursos avanzados de pregrado y de magister en matemática y ciencias afines\, de Chile y Latinoamérica\, que quieran seguir estudios de postgrado.\n\n\n\n\nSe ofrecerán cuatro cursillos de las cuatro áreas de especialización en Matematica Aplicada de ambos Programas\, a saber: \nAnálsis de Ecuaciones Diferenciales Parciales\,\nAnálisis Numérico de Ecuaciones Diferenciales Parciales\,\nSistemas Dinámicos y\nFísica-Matemática.\n\nLos cursillos serán complementados por un ciclo de charlas en las cuales se presentan temas de investigación desarrollados por profesores de cada linea. \nPara mayor información sobre la escuela\, escribir a eprimaubb@ubiobio.cl.\n  \n

We propose the study of asymptotic behavior of solutions associated to some nonlinear Schrödinger type systems. We will discuss questions concernig global well-posedness and the behavior of the solutions for large times. It is expected that solutions have one of the following behaviors: (i) similar to a solution of the linear problem; (ii) similar to a traveling wave; (iii) similar to a multi-soliton.
